We are in the process of expanding to 9300 SF and will be the first gym in Alaska to have Prime Fitness and Glutebuilder equipment. We cater to strength and physique athletes but all are welcome. Power-bodybuilding focuses on increasing strength on the the three primary movements; the bench press, squat, and deadlift, while also maintaining a strong physique through bodybuilding accessory work. Due to this focus, the gym has plenty of racks, deadlift platforms, bench presses, and barbells. We also have solid accessory pieces.
